Select the hotel you want the reunion to be held at.(Please consider commute, easy access, and stores availability.

Indicate the color of the t-shirt you want to wear during the mountain retreat.

Indicate if you want to have a group tour for at least an hour to UC campus Banilad.

Select the form of attire you want to wear at the hotel reunion party.(First day event)
5)
Suggest a beach location then we will vote.(This is for the 3rd day event)

Recommend a theme for our reunion. (For example, Through the Years, Forever Young, Together Again, - these are just the kiko suggestions that I can think of and I don't personally recommend them)

Suggest a music background for our website when you open the homepage. There will be an option to turn it on or off. Please visit "Suggested Songs" tab located on the left side of the website. Listen to all the songs listed then select one to two songs below.

Do you want our first night to be exclusive only to classmates during formal event?

Do you want to bring a guest(s) with you during formal event? (Take note that this will influence cost per head). Preferably over 18 years of age. Or else our teenagers will be bored to death.
